Today, I walked with Matt's mom at a steady pace for about 2 hours.

Foodwise:

A homemade coffee shake [Starbucks coffee, light chocolate syrup, 1/3 cup of vanilla icecream, ice]

The Serving size of Cambell's chicken noodle soup.

5 scallops over spinach leaves, cooked with a teaspoon of butter and garlic powder.

100 Calorie Pack of Cheese Nip Thin Crisps.

Matt's mom took me shopping today. We got whole grain melba toast, laughing cow cheese wedges, turkey bacon, lettuce, carrots, broccolli, stirfry sauce, 100 calorie packs of cheese nip thin crisps and fruit snacks, stirfry sauce, ceasar dressing, Vanilla Almond Special K, Healthy Choise thin sliced ham, Dannon Light n Fit vanilla yogurt.

Now being as that this is the first entry, I should do a little summary of why I'm doing this.

I don't mind being a chubster. I do mind being unhealthy, and not being able to express myself stylewise due to the limited sizing in clotthes, and extreme prices of the few decent plus sized stores.


I have no desire to be skinny, or toned.. I just want to be healthy. I would like to keep the curves. My fat lies mainly around the waist.

The reason I'm keeping a journal is due to my own lack of motivation. I'm hoping I will have friends to root me on, and updating for the world to see is a good way to keep me from straying.

Also, I'm hoping to look back on this journal to see how far I've come.

My goal weight is around 170-175. [I'm 5'11 1/2]
